Now that College applications are mostly done, I can finally get to this:
I have looked at all the builds at flitefest for many years, and the huge builds are great, but often all over the place. It would be so much better if we could organize together and pick a theme, so here is my proposition: SEAPLANES!
Big or small, build a seaplane and bring it to FliteFest! I haven't gotten any response from FT about smoking this official in any sense so I can't garuntee a seaplane flight or something like that at flitefest. I just think it would be really cool to see a lot of seaplanes, especially huge ones, flying at flitefest 26.
If you don't know what to build, here are some other good ideas: just FT designs: Sea Otter, practically any swappable on floats, all terrain flerken (boomin flerken with floats on it) and then there are so many community designs and also, I would recommend looking at Julius Perdana, I believe he has a really cool Icon A5 design. That completely ignores the possibility of designing your own seaplane.
Would people be willing to participate, documentation or anything on threads isn't mandatory but would be interesting to see, I'll compile the threads here if you make one. This also isn't a challenge, if you want one check out @Mr Man 's monster challenge. If you are interested please just write here, I feel like it would be very interesting to see, but for now, that's just me
