That's more up Litterbugs alley. He flys Wile E Coyote around using a pizza box as a para sail.

He also flys huge spiders around for halloween. One of the darn things bit me earlier this summer.

Guys you might want to see this Cool Ghoul. Flite test made this 7 years ago and it seems like this is what you're looking for.
