Flying Penguin Mustang

I located the plans for the FP Mustang in the basement after I moved. I was intimidated at first but after watching the build video (the link in the article is incorrect I think) it looks like a solid build. I have some questions though if anyone can help.

I see in the vid that the front bottom is a hatch of some sort. How is the battery mounted? In the hatch or somewhere else?

Maybe someone can provide a pic of the battery placement. Thanks for any help.

Yes the battery goes in the hatch, under the power pod. You can use BQS or velcro to hold the battery from sliding around.
