Flying Rainbow Dash

So my daughter challenged me to make her My Little Pony fly. There's a picture included. It does not weigh all that much but it's huge. Lots of drag I'd guess.

I was thinking a flying wing with a couple of 450-size motors. Any advice?

Put it on top of a quad and it will fly...
