and also I dont think weight will matter.......the 2 motors im planning on using produce 2300g and 2800 grams of thrust so I dont think a couple hundred grams extra will matter........
BTW more motors doesn't necessarily make more speed....for a high speed setup one high rpm, powerful motor is better...Two motors is better for a heavy rig like a bomber.

Oh...Or do you have two and plan on trying them both to see what one gets you better speed?

You are going to have a lot of weight on a small wing span so it will be very difficult to fly already....add more weight and you will start having problems...Unless you decide to fly it like a helicopter! LOL
that is true but dont worry im gonna keep the weight as low as I can lets assume the weight of the frame is 200 grams with all the batteries the motor and the electronics (and the covering) my electronics will come to 200-300 grams Sao yeah 400-500 grams for the weight and keep in mind this is all estimated weight........

yeah 2207
Hmmmmmm. I doubt you are going to hit even 150mph with that....Here's a video where I have my 2306 (Which is basically the same size but slightly less powerful.) on a 24.5" wing span and I am hitting about 65-75mph....

yeah I know 300 mph is a HUGE stretch but if I can even hit 150 mph ill be happy ill look at some more motors

what about a 2807 motor

Yeah I bought one of those recently to put on a drone...They are lower rpm but stronger...You want to find something with higher rpm like the Iflght 2207 2750kv....Even that might be less than what you want.
hmm nice alright then ill maybe go for this motor and a 6s lipo and realistically im not reaching 300 mph with such a small plane and such small motors the max ill be be able to reach is 200 mph or maybe a bit above and that im gonna do with a T motor F80 or a iflight 2207
