I estimate more than the plane. Don't know for sure. If he made them, he has a high end cnc. My cnc can't produce that level of precision.

I think the best option for some one like me who is trying to build a carbon pylon myself is just to use foam molds.

Both planes look amazing indeed but if the mold itself costs more then the price of a brand new ready to fly airplane then for me that kinda defeats the whole purpose of building it urself. I mean the only reason im building a hjk speedwings style pylon myself instead of buying one is cause it's cheaper to build one at home.If I realized that I would be spending the price of the airplane brand new just on the molds I would halt this operation and just go and buy one !

At that point again just give up building it and maybe just buy it if that was the reason I u were trying to build it urself. And if he made the molds himself then its fine but if he spent thousands getting the mold getting made from somewhere else then its kind of stupid.
