Foam Eagle

Been busy the past two days! first I built a FT Old Speedster Biplane that I was inspired by Looping Looie to build and then I got started on a foam Eagle with a 56" wingspan. Now I am trying to locate someone to airbrush the eagle before I can put electronics in and fly.

That was an awesome thread (Except for the part where Hai-Lee got his feelings hurt). Turns out I did use the plans Sponz modified.

Would you recommend beveling with a knife or sanding? If sanding is better, what grit works best? Never sanded foam board before.
I do both actually, i use a knife first and then fine tune with 80 grit. Sanding is very messy, do it outside
