Hi,

I have the plan printed out in B-Sheets and I have a simple question, I think the answer is obvious, but I want to double-check.

I have to glue sets of four B-Sheets together to make three big plan sheets - I assume that I align the four sheets up using the crosses in each corner of each B-Sheet - is that correct?

Yup. I trim the corners at those marks using a framing square. Align the square once, trim both sides at the same time. Then it’s nice and easy to line the sheets up and tape them together.

Watch you don't make the same mistake as me.

On my printed B-Sheets I saw a cross at the corner of each sheet. My natural assumption was to align the crosses on 4 B-Sheets to make a bigger sheet, so I cropped them to the centre of the crosses. That seemed natural although it did seem odd that some of the plan lines extended beyond the cross centres, I even queried it here.

When I tried to line up the cropped B-Sheets it was clear that some parts that covered two sheets did not line up properly at the join. With measurements I realised that I was missing about 1/4" at each B-Sheet join. So, I looked at the original PDF and it all became clear, the crosses aren't crosses at all but radii.

If you look at the attached image, what I saw is (A), a cross so it seemed natural that the centre of the cross was the important point. But looking at the PDF I see that it is (B), not a cross at all but a radius and that the trim should be made not at the centre but at the outer edges.

A pity, but now that I know, it is not such a big deal on something as simple as the Wonder, but it would have been better not to make the mistake.
