Here is my fokker dr1 i have been working on
not too sure about what i will use for power.
any ideas?

the motor will probably be a 400 speed im not sure what the flying weight will be but the prop will be a slow flyer prop still not sure about the size xD

Probably going to be pretty light being only a 30" balsa model. The first thing that comes to mind that's in stock is this:

TowerPro Brushless Outrunner 2410-08T 890kv

It'll spin up to a 10" slow fly prop on either 2s or 3s. If memory serves these motors will probably run hot with a 10" prop but that model probably doesn't have the clearance for a 10" prop, may have to go with 8"? It should do that fine (the motor)

yes...that one looks good.

finish the model, see what it weighs, see what size prop will fit. Remember the old rule of 100w/lb. and you'll be good.

Most motors will say in the description what size prop is suggestion and how many watts it pulls.
