Ercoupe had rudder! both 2 tailfins have rudder motion by a bellcrank.
But a rc model can be made without, and just using elevator and ailerons. Difficult to manouver on ground though.

Oh yeah, it was linked to the ailerons I think. It won't need ground handling because it will just belly land. The rudders are also small enough to be controlled by a 9gram servo if anyone wants to be sketchy but cheap.

Factory aircoupes had aileron rudder connect, most people remove it because it limits turns on the ground since they didn't have seperate wheel braking (which is another popular modification)

i found a set of new rudder pedals to such a plane.. so it had its own controlsystem .
But, on a RC shoyuld get away from rudder without bigproblems, when using functional ailerons yes.
