FPV at night. Can it be done safely???

FPV at night. Can you do it safely? I am guessing you would need runway lights, and some kind of beacon. It would be cool to watch.

They did it at a recent fly in in GA. They had a strobe on the ground. With a good OSD and a familiarity with high obstacles in the immediate area, you can mitigate some of the risk.
