FPV cruiser wing (to get back in the groove)

Back from the maiden, I have this picture.

Either I launched it too weak, it was too nose heavy or it didnt have enough elevator authority but that poor plane took a nasty looking tumble.
It looks worse than it is at least, the camera was ejected clean off the plane and I was sure it was broken but it actually still works fine and the motor mount broke but it was designed for that instead of breaking the fuselage so it should be ready again today, I just need to find out what was the issue.

Been there, done that. I had a "rapid landing" this week. Ripped the firewall out of my RMRC Recruit (AR Wing) yet again. Not sure what it is about this plane that I just can't seem to get a maiden from.

Keep after it. Looking forward to seeing it fly!

I turned off autolaunch mode in inav to make things simpler, I also moved the vtx to the end of the wing (blasting a servo directly with 600mw was making it freak out)
It is too hot during the day to take it out, the plastic body would start to melt so I will wait until tonight again.

Well I guess this one is done.

Guess the CG was too far forward after all, didnt look like it.
Maybe the shape of the fuselage was pushing the nose down otherwise, next one will have a more symmetrical body then.
At least all the components survived in good shape, this feels like when I was starting out all over again.

Now I guess it is time to re-learn to be good at the hotwire, maybe I will get myself another ASW-28 as well or do some simpler project first.
