its nice to have 2 antennas for flying FPV one for close range and one for long range especially if you dont have antennae tracking so to use two antennas you will need a diversity controller and what it does is it automatically picks the antennae with the best signal so in addition to the diversity controller you need two RX and two antennas but if you dont get a plug and play setup you will have to do a little soldering and find the RSSI pin on your video RX and they work with all the frequencies 2.4gh,5.8gh,900mh
