Fpv goggles+sunlight

I recently purchased fatshark goggles and have seen warnings about exposing the screens to light. How sensitive are the screens to light. Can “lamp light” or indoor lighting cause damage to the screens? How about being out in a overcast day?

The problem is lens-focused light from the sun burning the screen.

If you thing the light source would be good for burning ants with a magnifying glass, you may want to cover the lenses.

Try to keep the screens from being exposed; keep them on your head, in a case, or with some sort of blockers (I 3D printed some lens covers that slide in over the screens, in place of the diopter lenses).
