Go tell your ideas to brokers. (They sell houses right??)
The best way of filming a house is with a multicopter. Just ask something arround 60 dollars. Just ask, when they say no go to the next broker ;)

First: Multicopter is the way to go.

If you want a chance to earn more, try putting together a sample video of what exactly you do for how much. Show in the video what the process consists of - but don't say where you buy stuff or for how much as you could go out of business by someone with more money to invest.

Do your shoots early morning or late afternoon - this gives the subject nice perspective and lighting.

To sell, make a small folder with examples, for example:

Economic Photography Pack - $40

- 10 Good Quality shots of the subject.
- No client input accepted.
- Estimated photoshoot completion time 2 hours.
- Photos will be marked with our company name. (show sample)
- Photos delivered on a CD in two working days.

Standard Photography Pack - $60

- 20 High Quality shots of the subject.
- Client input allowed for 5 custom shots.
- Estimated photoshoot completion time 3 hours.
- No watermark.
- Photos delivered on a CD the next working day.*

Professional Photography Pack - $80

- 40 High Quality shots of the subject.
- Client input allowed for 10 custom shots.
- Estimated photoshoot completion time 4 hours.
- No watermark.
- Photos delivered on two CD's the next working day.*

Ultimate Photography Pack - $100

- Up to 100 High Quality shots of the subject.
- Client input allowed for 30 custom shots.
- Estimated photoshoot completion time 5 hours.
- No watermark.
- Photos delivered on two CD's the same day of shoot.
- Free company T-shirt included.

*Same day service can be added with an additional $15.

Since it's a relatively expensive service compared to the effort required, make sure you look professional and classy by perhaps wearing a formal company T-shirt while you work. Also tidy up all your gear and cover up all brands with stickers of your company name. Use nice transport boxes to make your gear appear expensive and unique.

Work by setting your GoPro to photo each second, and fly around in all possible angles, centering the shot all the time. But remember that not all people like GoPro fisheye effect. Keep an alternative at hand.

Those who pay more deserve more. Give them free stuff, and treat them like gods and they might just hire you again. Treat your economy clients with respect, but don't give away your service.

Set up and inform your client of a payment system - 50% now 50% later. Canceling after making an appointment costs $10.

Wish I could do that here... But you have to be an accredited UAV pilot to operate in urban areas, let alone commercially.
