You're out in Gardner? Gonna have to hook up with you sometime. One things for sure, Johnny Rolands better watch his butt, you're gonna have his job soon.

Eh, no one watches channel 9 anyways... I would rather watch this video that Johnny. I am guessing you are in the area as well?

Thanks for the compliments guys. I can't even express how much fun I've had with this hobby since I discovered it earlier this year, especially the FPV.

If any of you guys local to the Kansas City area ever want to get together to fly, let me know, I'd enjoy the chance to hangout and learn from other experienced RC flyers. I'm sort of a lone wolf out in this area. Everything I've learned about RC has been through my own tough lessons or forums like these.

BTW, sorry for not responding to your comments earlier; I thought I was already subscribed to this thread.

Now its just AWESOME!!

Dude you got this under control. Your video editing and music compilation rock. Good work it's fun watching. I hope you got some snow footage today. Everything was frosted out there.

Your setup is very similar to this one. http://team-blacksheep.com/products/prod:750kv_30aesc

The motors you linked recommend 25A ESC's though. TBS is pairing similar sized motors with 30A ESC's. Keep in mind your all-up-weight will be around 1600g. Have you tried plugging your #'s into a calculator like this one? http://adamone.rchomepage.com/calc_motor.htm You can also ask the guys at the FPVLab what they think about your setup. http://fpvlab.com/forums/showthread.php?5371-TBS-DISCOVERY-New-quadrocopter-frame

Here's my equipment setup:

Quadcopter:
Flight Controller: Naza + GPS
Motors / ESC's: Tiger MT2216 900kv / DJI 30A Opto
Props: Graupner 10x5 E-Prop
Battery: GensAce 3s 3300mah 25C
RC TX / RX: 2.4 GHz Hitec Aurora 9 / Optima 9

FPV:
Cameras: 700TVL SONY Super HAD II NTSC / GoPro HD Hero2
A/V TX / RX: Lawmate 1.28GHz 1W TX w/ Low Pass Filter / 2x 8ch RX
Diversity Controller: Eagle Tree EagleEyes
Antennas: Tuned 1.28 GHz 8dBi Patch and 3dBi Omni
Displays: Fat Shark Dominator Video Goggles and 7" LCD Monitor

I also notice the length of the battery you chose may be a little long. It would probably be OK, but might stick out the back of the frame a little. A 4S 3300 usually fits and balances the frame really well. If you get a larger/heavier battery, you may have to move things around to get the correct COG.
