Hi, I'm new to the hobby and just built my first performance FPV drone (a FT Gremlin). Before this I've been flying for 3 months on a Tiny Whoop. I would recommend using your transmitter and a computer with a simulator like Liftoff if you haven't flown acro mode yet. If you want a nano drone they have the Inductrix FPV Pro or the eachine m80s. As far as goggles, the EV800 is basic but I like it. The EV800D has more features but a bigger pricetag.
