I believe the 9X v2 and the 'new' 9X are the same transmitter.

The older Turnigy 9x uses AFHDS, whereas the newer Turnigy 9X uses receivers compatible with AFHDS 2A.

I read this and my first thought was, "Hobbyking? Are they OrangeRX receivers?"

I'm not a fan of the Turnigy radios (again, just me; I don't like the ergonomics and I prefer something that feels comfy in my hands - I personally think that's a matter of personal preference), but I'm glad these receivers are going to good use for someone who can use them.

Hoping to get them working with the multiprotocol module in my taranis, and if I'm really lucky, my buddy's flysky Fs-i6 radio. for the price it's worth tryin it out.
