on the login page there is a "LOST YOUR PASSWORD" link, have him click that link and enter his email address "that he registered with" and a new password will be sent to him via the board software
he says he can login, just cant comment on my post.

I have no back end access to this forum but I just ran a search and NO such members exists, tell him to try to open a new account with that same name
