FT Builds - Linkage Stopper

Should the linkage stoppers be fixed (glued) in place on the servo arm or should they be allowed to rotate and swivel within the servo armhole (still firmly secured to the servo arm via the bolt on the bottom)? At first thought I would think they should swivel within the hole otherwise the control wire will bend when the arm rotates.

They must be allowed to rotate freely without any slop.

Tighten the nut down and then back it off so it spins freely.
I use a bit of Loctite to keep the nut from falling off.
