FT Cruiser questions

These are newbie questions:
1. My TG9e servos fit smugly width wise but are 3/16 longer than the laser cut. Is this normal?
2. What connector and us supplier( I am under time constraints and can't wait for these parts to come from Singalong) do I need to connect my NTM Prop Drive Series 38 wires? I realize they are some kind of banana connectors, but I need to find a supplier who can get them to me this week.:black_eyed:

Yep, that's just how Josh sized the servo holes. You can either just squish a lot (it's foam it flexes nice) or slightly enlarge the holes. I tend to just cut slits at the edges so the ends squish a bit easier since the squish helps hold the servos in. Of course I've also learned that I've been way too paranoid about servos coming loose...my first build (nutball) I used a BUNCH of hot glue to hold the servos since I just couldn't imagine hot glue doing the job. I glued the tabs and ran fillets along the top and bottom. But now I realize that's total overkill and just a small dot of glue under each servo tab is plenty.

Should be standard 3.5mm bullet connectors, pretty much any shop should have them:

Grayson:

(Enough to do 10 motors but kind of pricey at $17)

Value Hobby:

(only 10 connectors but also under $5)

Hobby Partz:

(Under $2...but no indication of how many in the pack and they're out of stock so who knows when/if they'll actually have them.)
