Ft F18

I have completely built the FT F18 and tested all electronics prior to install. Life got in the way with a deployment and came home to finally install the aura 5 and maiden her. Come to find out one of the rudder servos isn't working. I've tried hooking it up to different receivers but no joy. If you have built the F18, you know the location to replace or perform maintenance on the rudder servos is the only one you can't get to easily. So onto my question. What does anyone recommend to remove the servo without performing major surgery?

I used cheap servos in my F-18 and am just waiting for one of them to die. You're right- those rudder servos aren't really accessible when they do crap out. As for repairs, neatly cutting into the foam around the servo and regluing after repair usually doesn't look too bad after its all been painted. Perhaps you could draw some rivets on the cut out piece and make it look like an access panel.
