I was Jonesing to get some stick time so I built the FT Flyer for some backyard fun. Unfortunately it was blowing 15 with gust of 20, so it spent half the time smacking the pavement (My back yard is actually a school parking lot). Finally took a hit hard enough I damaged the motor and chewed the wing edges. I had enough plane still intact to do a trim down and redesign. Added ailerons and trimmed the fat off the wings and tail. It flys well now, to well in fact that it is only going to be flown at the field. To fast now for the backyard which is small and tree infested.First pic is the original, next two are it modded.
