Why is the FT Goose plans not repeatable ?? Copyright by Disney ??

Search the articles for "Alcatraz" it is a goose type twin. No plans but he has photos with the dimensions. I built one with blue foam and 2 mini power packs. Flys great.

I think the reason they were not repeatable is because peters style of building is to draw parts on the foam and start cutting. not really sure if he uses design software
