Working on the FT Tiny Twig I picked up @FF '26
Have an Edge Racing 2206 2100kv motor on it.

Man I went with the F pack and tried on of my 4S quad batteries and it was easily the craziest thing I've ever flown lol. Roll rate was so intense that I simultaneously ejected my landing gear and my battery. Luckily she was aiming at some tall young sorghum and was undamaged. It's all put back together now with added battery hold downs and a rubber band holding the gear in, but I think I'm gonna stick to 3S until I have a better feel for these smaller planes.

In the video, they did say please post what your top speed is.... I do plan on doing some high speed 4S with mine. :) My colorful packing tape should be here today to fancy it up a bit. And in reality, with a 2100KV motor, Maybe some 6S rippage is in order! :ROFLMAO: I have an APC 6x5 sport prop on it.

If I was a better pilot and had an aura board I would have challenged the guy at the airfield with the 80mm F22 to a top speed contest but I broke the only two props I had so fast that my day at the airfield turned into a red squirrel hunt since the airfield is on the state game area I like to hunt small game in. To be honest I had plans for a high speed Turbo Tutor build using a 2814 motor I have lying around but now I'm second guessing that as well.

I think it's funny how in the video they were only running 2s and 3s and were talking about speed. It was making some interesting whooshing noise at high roll rates on 3S. Let's make this thing RIP! Maybe we need a speed challenge just for the Tiny Twig!

Mr Man

Mr SPEED!

Hmm, bevel all edges, spinner, no landing gear, 4s.... Could possibly get 80mph. (on a power pack f)

now 6s on the other hand... 🤣 (if it survived lol)
If it would ever quit raining here.... My ESC is 2-6S.... So I have room to play. The smallest 6S we have at work is a 1050, but I could always do two 450mah 3S in parallel series if space/weight are an issue.....
