Alright, my newest (official) entry... Aviator hat and goggles! Got the idea from your very own video, @flitetest. Made 100% from good ol' foamboard. I can also post svg if anyone needs it. Hope y'all like it!!

Plans have been tested, and come together very nicely 👍

Piggy #3 Spyro the dragon. Changed the elevons to give it a dragon look. Used 1" foam balls cut in half to make the eyeballs. Spikes on Spyro's back were cut from plastic milk carton. Flexible, light weight and paintable. Added tail, extended the snout and added nostrils. Should have it painted in the next couple of days. This is a video short of the first pig, "Pumba's" maiden flight.

Here's the Piggy on its own. Ears are a bit modified but probably doesn't matter for a biplane version.

I was thinking of trying to design some LW-PLA 3D printed wings for it to make it a bit less of a handful than it looks so I could try and fit an EDF inside, but who would have guessed, a pig just isn't very aerodynamic - absolutely zero chance that a single EDF would give enough thrust to fly well with a reasonable power system.

You should be able to subtract the fuselage from the wings to get just the wings.

One of my future projects will be to modify piggy with:
1) use my 64 EDF with a Thrust vector unit modified 45 degrees using elevons to produce a rudder action. Copied from my X-47B so that it allows me to remove the gyro to fly. Air from openings in the nose plus under the neck should provide necessary inlet area. With the removal of the 2 props/motors/escs/wooden motor frames and the reduction of 2200 to 1300 lipo, my weight should be close to FT's setup.
2) remove wing tips(weight and drag)
3) remove piggy's wing and install my EDF flying wing with the "stabilizer". (reduces weight and drag)

So this will be a fall project that will be boar (ing)!!!!!!!!!

Think I am going to try 40mm edfs from Banana hobbies on the dragon. The jets that are using them weigh 2.2 lbs. Should be enough power. The great thing is that you can order the edfs in nacells.

Actually, piggy is not spherical with more drag below the wing than above. EDF thrust line will be under wing so it should fly better looking at it from summing moments.
One thing that will help the present piggy in flight is exploring putting the wing at an positive angle by a shim. Also will help takeoffs and landing.(remember my STOL transport). If you want to improve acrobatics in all axis and try to takeoff/land vertical, just add a set of elevon canards were the servos are located under the wing on the pig and movement of the canards is in the prop flow.
Or another approach is to add 2 servos with the present wooden setup so that pitch, roll and yaw like a VTOL.
As for the EDF, got a bunch of ideas that I will use similar to a prop pig.

One of our club members liked the skunk idea inspired by Ron's logo idea. He is an avid model rocket builder as well as an RC pilot He would like me to build it with a rocket motor that can be fired in flight to look like the skunk is spraying. Andy said he can design everything to make the rocket motor work and eliminate the ejection charge. Might be a chalkenge to get it to balance, but how do I say no to that.. Here is my Ai concept for the skunk. Hopefully Hobby Town has one left.

Hmm, different ears, slightly modified nose. have fun with that tail though 🤣. It would be very cool though!! (and being a fan of the blackbird, I approve)
