FT Plans in vector format?

Are the Flite Test plans available in vector format, like in Illustrator, CorelDraw, or other?
I'd like to edit the plans from color to B&W by changing the colored lines to dotted patterns.

I use a program called Vector Magic to convert bitmap types of image files to vector type files like EPS or SVG but it doesn't recognize PDF's except to export. My cutter program will directly convert PDF to Illustrator EPS files. I wonder if Illustrator can export as a vector file from a PDF. I've never tried it that way

The PDFs for the Flite Test plans are a vector image internally. The trick is just exporting that vector data out of the PDF and converting it to whatever drawing program you are using.

I just did a little googling, and it looks like Inkscape (a free SVG editor) can extract vector data from PDFs. From there, you should be able to save as SVG and then import that into your drawing program of choice.
