FT Racer from plans

I just started my second build. Doing the FT racer this time. I found some really cool black and neon green foam board!!
Any suggestions on a "suped" up setup for this plane? I am wanting to get 60-70mph numbers.

Walmart.

It's neon on one side but white on the other. There is also neon pink and black. The black has black on both sides and the foam is black too. The others are white foam.
