Help! FT RV-12is Landing Gear Issues

Hi,
We (Adult, newb, and a 11 year old buy trying to get into hobby) have built the FT RV-12iS as our first plane. However when we took it out to begin trying to fly it, the landing gear fell off after a small tumble. We reglued and then again when we took it out (just driving around and maybe a slight lift off ) the gears fell off again (both front and back at the two different times). We have hot glued as in the video and then super glued and gave it enough time to dry, Any other suggestions that we are possibly missing?

I convert all mine to tail draggers. When I get back home next week I will post the STL files to this thread so you can print them.

Yes we did

so the whole plywood and metal gear assembly are slipping out of the fuselage slot?

I 3D print these plates that take the place of the lower foam pieces. That converts the airplane from a tricycle gear to a tail dragger.
