FT Simple Cub Power Pod

Hello,

I am scratch building the FT Simple Cub. So far I have done the power pod and started work on cutting out the fuselage. I've watched the build video but feel the installation of the power pod was skipped over. I've looked at the plans and I am missing where the 4 tabs on the power pod slot into. Should these be on the power pod for the simple cub?

they dont squeeze into anything other than help keep things tight when inserted into the plane. sometime i have found that you actually have to trim them down some to get it to fit without fighting with it. the bbq installed later are what hold the pod in the plane.

Yes the tabs should be there, but the Simple Cub doesn't need the tabs to line up the power pod correctly. The tabs are there because other FT planes need the tabs to line up the power pod correctly. So if you ever want to make another plane that uses the tabs you won't have to make another power pod.
