Yeah, but I’ll actually be using two of the emax c pack motors. I was just saying what I wanted to do... but seriously - a twin monster radial would be able to lift a SERIOUS amount of weight! The motor themselves would be producing 25+ pounds of thrust!

Yeah! I really need to get one of the monster motors. The emax 4030 are only like $35... Emax BLHeli 80 amp esc goes for $20... Two servos for $20-30. Not actually all that bad. Something to consider. I’m going to get them before ff cause I have some monster projects to do!

I was thinking about the whole experience today, and just can’t wait to get there again! It’s such an amazing experience. Due to the switch of dates, it looks like I’ll only be able to be there till Friday but you bet I’ll make use of every day I have. I want to go to edgewater on Wednesday and then in the evening head to Fury field which is 10 min. away and get some dusk flying and fly into in Then go all out Thursday and Friday on the building and flying. I can’t wait to fly combat - last time I never got a successful flight in combat. All the times there was combat my plane wasn’t ready, but I did get in the air once but my rudder was on my left stick and I only had elevated on my right stick, so no ailerons. Flying like that is way harder than you think...
