The other numbers are A2212/6T
for that motor the prop this is the prop u need 6x4 max. any thing else you are going to run hot.
for the spitfire you need a pack b or c. i run the 2212/6t on all my pusher jet prop

I just bought a 2216 1120KV. I’m gonna stick with my 8x6 props. Thanks!

You can go to a 9X6 with that motor. The plane will go a little faster. Might not be what you want?

Yeah I noticed it was a bit slow but I’m not going for speed. As I said this is my first 4 channel plane, so I’m still learning. Thanks for telling me though because I might want to pick up the speed in the future!

Nice looking Spitfire
I'm trying to use what I have, so wound this 3508q to 1200 kv for a propjet with an apc 8x6 2.5# thrust or little more 3s 2.6 ah lipo and 22 amp limit on motor.

These wye motors use 25% less current than mfrs deltas. Wouldn't go any smaller than a 2217 and no higher than 1200kv. Those smaller props have an annoying scream.
Everybody knows you're flying if it screams.
My Stryker was like that too.

I've seen some videos other ft spitfires probably using 8x6 sounds and flys great.

I'm building a spitfire soon, light one piece.
