FT Store Customer Service Shout Out

I wanted to post a big thank you to the FT Store customer service team and specifically their rep Aaron. I had an issue with a recent order (don't want to get into specifics, but it was not FT store's fault) and they really went above and beyond to resolve it quickly with a 10 minute phone call today.

If anyone has had similar experiences, feel free to post as well. If you had an opposite experience, just let it go man... let it go...
