FT Twin Otter 3D Printed Parts?

I know the Twin Otter is still a relatively new design but I'm curious what mods and changes you folks have made for this particular model as its next in my build log. My Legacy has zero balsa in it thanks to all the cool 3D printed designs and improvements folks have come up with over the years so I'm looking for similar stuff for the Otter. I'm already considering implementing Expo's Retro Rocket steerable gear and obviously some 3D printed motor mounts. I may even dust off fusion 360 for a rear gear mount and if I do I'll definitely post it up here.
Thanks in advance for the replies and suggestions!

I 3D printed the canopy hatch instead of using the plywood version

Mr Man

Mr SPEED!
Do you have an STL available by chance? That's something I'd gladly pay for as well.
If you go to the Onshape workspace, you can export by right clicking the part and hitting “export”. You can export in a large number of file types, including stl.

Thanks! I couldnt find the "export" option. Turned out I needed to make an account. Gonna kick this print off this afternoon.

Love the captive latch design thanks again! As soon as I can prove it out I'll be dropping a reinforced rear landing gear root STL file that is designed to use M3 brass threaded inserts. It's about a 15 gram weight increase over plywood if your printer settings are "strength" oriented but can be made lighter if you wanted to but anybody is welcome to modify the file to use the included wood screws as well to save a few grams.

Also made this for giggles. Its a fuselage alignment ring to get your Twotter fuselage sections aligned well. I made mine from LW-PLA and left it glued in. It was about 3gr but well worth it to get those perfect lines. You can just tack it in place as a temporary guide if you don't have LW-PLA and want to avoid the unnecessary weight.
