FT Versa Wing motor question

Hi everyone, I just got an FT Versa Wing to use at Flite Fest and the motor I got for it is a Suppo 2212/6 that weighs 51 grams and my question is if this motor is too heavy to be used in a pusher configuration? Thanks!

That motor will not be too big to use in the pusher configuration. You will probably need to use the 3S battery to help get the CG correct. I have not used that high a KV motor with that small of a prop on a versa wing. But it should work.

If you are not happy with the way it fly's, try the NTM 28-26 1100kv motor with an 8X6 prop. That is a nice combination of thrust and speed.
