Advice:
You talked about using motors/prop also, did you see the review of this version of a SR-71. He talks about about stall condition for low speed so be aware of this condition. It ain't successful until it lands as a SR-71.
I hope you strengthen the wing including the outer segment past the ducting. It could fold in a sharp turn.
What are you using for foamboard?


When you launch, make sure you AOA is not to high or you will flip it. Add differential thrust so you have coordinated turns. You will need it.


Thanks @L Edge! I am going to be using DTFB, and will be adding aluminum spars to add strength in certain locations. I am still trying to figure out how I want to attach the nacelles right now.....What is AOA? I was thinking of adding flaps to help with landing and I want to be able to use props as a pusher or these edfs.

Just remember to take it with a grain of salt, your style will probably change as you progress.
Oh for sure! I have already wasted a whole bunch of time trying things and then decided I didn't like it. But that's how the best things are made!
