So I flew it again today and it was better...But still needs to be more nose heavy...I need to build another because it went right thru the sun close to the ground and I wiped out with it as it was flying poorly...

With a good enough pilot, no gyro will be needed…..
The only way you are going to fly a SR-71 without gyro is that you must solve the static design problems and the problems in flight. I talked about the long nose and its effects in flight and here is a video by pieliker96 and the long nose on his Valkyrie. Remember, this is his second flight and see what happens. Did you also see the flutter of one of the wheels? Can show you more videos of long nose problems that need to be solved. Hence, you will need a gyro.

The dark world of EDF's is so different from props. The Warthog problems are different than the SR-72(DarkStar) from the B2.
I am beginning to think the B2 is so unstable that it will need a gyro. I got my rudder inside the exhaust tube to fly and the only way to stop the oscillations was using the gyro and reducing the servo speed. That sucks.

Telnar1236 is another member who been exploring EDF's and you have seen the results he has had both good and bad. Lots of problems.
By the way, if you want to design, go thru Pielikers builds. Lots of good insights.

Flying EDF's is a different ballgame. Bet 5 ft in height less and ---, and is a lot more expensive.

Video is at #92

IDK if other companies can do it I would think I can....

Banana Hobbies built an SR71 a while back that didn’t use a gyro
Ask yourself why isn't in production? It needed a gyro. Again, the static and dynamic forces are making it unstable. You have looked high and low for plans, so you know. Flying jets are different.
Hey, try and duplicate my X-47B. Concept is to solve the roll/yaw problem for rudderless planes, I used a TVN and used only 2 servos which solved the flight problem. The servos were for elevons and also had wires back to the modified TVN that solved the problem. (2 videos for show and tell). Will test your flying skills. Flies like the SR-71 in many respects. See my thread.

Having flown my own design SR-71, I can tell you that you do not need a Gyro to make it fly. Although I do think it will make the job easier. The main issue I have run into is that the entire nose is a lifting body, so finding the correct CG is difficult. The plane is difficult to fly by design, and will likely require maintaining speed, even if CG is correct. This is not a plane you can do a low pass with, with out it stalling and dropping out of the sky.

yeah, that's what I am having too! If anyone wants to Beta build they can while I am trying to find the time to do it!
