1. Profile 3D EDGE 540, because I got a new motor and batteries to make it fly even better!
2. 40in Extra 330LX (my design), because I wanted a C-pack 3D plane that was faster to build and easier to fix than the FT EDGE.
3. 125% FT EDGE , Nice big 3D plane!
4. profile Xtrem 3D (my design), if it flies well I will post plans!
5. Mini 24in profile EDGE (unsure)

profile EDGE 540 build log :

The build took about 2.5 hours.
I started by cutting out all the parts then I proceeded to painting them, then I added tape.

"Dos and don'ts"
Dos: Have fun!
Don'ts: don't make it too heavy.

Specs:
motor - 2302 1500kv, that one was not powerful enough so I switched to a Gemfan 2205 2300kv
ESC - 30amp
prop - APC 8x3.8 slowfly
servos - 4x 9g
battery - 650 - 900mah 2s lipo
AUW - 250 - 300g
wingspan - 32in

First bevel the ailerons, elevator, and ruder (renforce hinge), next glue the horizontal pieces together.

Glue the bottom vertical piece

Then the top one
1770742207990.jpeg

Install ruder
1770742243495.jpeg

Glue canopy
1770742296174.jpeg

Install electronics and your done!
Here is the final result

1770742574477.jpeg

I flew it indoors and it flew amazing! this is a great plane to learn 3D with!

40in Extra 330LX
Took about 3-3.5 hours to build
Rather easy to build (the reason for no canopy is that the one I had designed did not work at all).
Flew ok, not stable in harriers and hovers, not enough aileron and ruder (I as you can see I tried to make the ruder bigger).
I'm not sure if I'm gonna build a V2 (mainly because I started a new 40in 3D plane project).

Specs:
motor- FT C-pack V2
ESC - 50amp
Prop - APC 9x6
Servos - 4x metal gear 9g
battery - 850 - 1300mah 4s Lipo
AUW - forgot to weight it but I think it was around 550-700g

Build log:
First I started by building the fuselage

1772026231258.jpeg

Next I glued the formers to the front parts of the fuse
1772026052353.jpeg

then I installed it using tape to keep it aligned
1772026084347.jpeg

next it was time to install the rear top plate on the fuse
1772026107880.jpeg

then I bevelled and reenforced the elevator and ruder
1772026119969.jpeg

then I installed the elevator and ruder on the fuse
1772026316045.jpeg

1772026977255.jpeg

next I glued the turtle deck former and poster board turtle deck
1772027023420.jpeg

then I installed the top middle fuse piece
1772026341691.jpeg

next would of been canopy but the one I had designed did not work at all
so I built the wing
1772027165373.jpeg

1772027180813.jpeg

Then I glued the wing to the fuse and installed electronics

Profile Xtrem 3D (yes I made up the name) build log:
Took about 2-2.5 hours to build.
Even easier than the profile EDGE to build because I added more tabs for vertical fuse alignment.
Flies great! One of the best 3D planes Iv'e flown. Very responsive control surfaces (especially elevator).
No build log because it is the same thing as the profile EDGE.

"Dos and don'ts"
Dos: build it strait and square.
Don'ts: don't make it too heavy.

Specs:
motor - Gemfan 2205 2300kv
ESC - 30amp
prop - Gemfan 7x4.2
servos - 4x 9g
battery - 650 - 1050mah 2s lipo
AUW - 2500 - 300g
wingspan - 32iin

125% FT EDGE
Flies so good, super maneuverable and floaty.
Took a weekend to build. the hardest part was the wings because they need to be symmetrical.
"Dos and don'ts"
Dos: renforce elevator a lot! reenforced the front part of the fuse, use BEC.
Don'ts: do NOT rush the build, especially the wings.

Specs:
motor - 3548 900kv FlashHobby
ESC - 60amp
prop - 11-12in
servos - 4x Emax digital metal gear 17g
BEC - 4amp burst 6amp
battery - 1500mah 100C 4s Lipo and 500mah 2s for BEC
AUW - 1300g
wingspan - 50in

Build log:
Started by building the main fuse section and glued on skins
1772028405508.jpeg

1772028502837.jpeg

1772028541522.jpeg

Then I built and glued the rear fuse section
1772028565746.jpeg

then I bevelled the elevator and ruder and reenforced the elevator
1772028686989.jpeg

Then I installed them on the fuse
1772028715703.jpeg

1772028779588.jpeg

Next I reenforced the front part of the fuse
1772028802456.jpeg

next I glued the power pod, installed motor and esc and installed the cowling
1772028892081.jpeg

next I built the wings (I forgot to take pics😅) then I built the hatch
1772028935644.jpeg

then I glued on the canopy
1772029051290.jpeg

Next I installed the electronics and programed my TX, and there ya go! Ready for maiden (it looks small compared to the Tx but it's actually pretty big)!!

Maiden Summaries:
Profile EDGE:
Flies so good, the ailerons have really good grip in the air, hovers super well.
40in Extra 330LX: It flew, but thats about all" It was very unstable and hard to control.
Profile Xtrem 3D: Flies great! super durable, great in knife edge.
125% FT EDGE:
So much fun, so floaty, so big, so good! It is so much fun to fly a big 3D plane!
