That's why I wanna do a FC because it has auto launch!😁 (You just throw it, it detects the motion and flies auto leveled to the preset height and flies in circles waiting for you to take over)

I have an old zohd kopilot I have never used. It's not quite a FC, But I thought about using that or a spetrum with safe from an old timber evo.

That would be awsome. 139 is my fastest (with a tail wind). That was with the V1200. They say it will go in the 140's, but not at the altitude I live at.

Yeah, that might work, though the trouble is that when you start pushing over 100mph you tend to get crazy flutter with plug 'n play stabilizers as it programmed for slower flight which is less sensitive, where as with a FC you can tune how quick/much it corrects, I think you might even be able to have it change the PID's (tunes) after you hit a certain speed or with a switch.

That's why I was leaning toward spektrum. I can start with the tune the V1200 has, it's nevered fluttered on me, and mostly cause I can just turn it completely off with a flick of a switch if it gets the flutters. But the kopilot does have autolaunch.
