I have built several "C pack" size versions of this, and I think you will have a hoot making one that is ginormous.

The FT Slow Stick S250 is cut from a single sheet of foamboard. My first BIG upscale will be to a single 8'x4' sheet of insulation.

At first, I was thinking going two sheets wide as a second bigger build, but 8' is 96" and will be pretty entertaining to transport on it's own! roughly 320%

Heck just the tail feathers of a 96" span will be hard to transport. Should be bigger than a standard size wing

Yeah, and I am planning on getting rid of my truck, so it will need to fit in a non-truck sized vehicle or on a plausible small utility trailer.

My limitation is a 5x8 trailer. So the parts need to breakdown to 7’ ish. If they are less than 6’, It helps to move them through doorways.

I need to build something to replace my truck bed tent as well. it was getting to be on it's last leg before the wind storm Wednesday night at Flite fest. Suppose I could ground camp, but it has been nice not to worry about uneven, wet, flooding ground for the last 18 years.

Been doing another massive purge of stuff from the house. Maybe my office will FINALLY become my main build space.

More purging AND I FINALLY unpacked the bed of the truck from Flite Fest so I can pick up an 8x4 sheet of insulation. Have a spool of Nichrome on the way in case I want to do some playing with that as a hot knife. Planning on using a projector for the plan on the foam and trace it out.
