FTFC 25’ MONSTER SCALE BUILD CHALLENGE!

It’s the tiling I am unsure about. I am considering making a 3d printed tiling helper that helps to align the sheets, any ideas of features I should build in? The goal so far is to have it consist of 2 pieces that you align on each paper and they clip together with magnets

That would be very cool. But I’m just using a knife, ruler, and tape. But mine was designed specially for this challenge. So all the parts fit on sheets of foamboard. (14 sheets)

Is 1/8" Baltic Birch ply enough for a 60 size motor mount, or should I double it up?

Thick enough, or was back last century, 6 ply?

Yup, I am just using paper cutter, and tape.

I just line up the lines or the ends of the sheets of paper perfectly and then just tack it, then go back thru with more tape to hold it better.

That is what I do i buy the cheap packing tape and use that to tape up the plans and then cut them out

Ok, 62” is a more reasonable minimum. As the largest ft xl is 58”
