My build is much different. I am going to take measurements and apply directly to the big foam to "scale it up"

The original model uses a big C fold of foam to make it stronger so I will do the same thing but channel out and glue a CF arrow inside to keep it strong. (Thankfully I have a LOT of junk arrows left over from target practice!)
