OK my first entry, though I have already begun is the De Havilland 103 Hornet a follow on to the Mosquito. This plan came out when I was a kid and I loved it. never built one but I have been slowly working some plans so we will call this entry one.

Just recently learned about the Hornet. Its a very pretty and very fast plane. Am definitely excited to see how you develop it.

Posted V1 plans in third post they are not nearly complete but should start getting me somewhere to get a prototype together. 5 projects currently on the board right now so I need to make some compromises on which ones to work first. but starting plans is always a good way to get going.
