No.
The man in the foreground is Matti Pyykkö who is a well known free flight pilot from Finland.
At the side of the truck is the late Markku Tähkäpää, builder of the "Mara".
Markku built the "Mara" 1999 - 2000. It is a piece of art, when you view it.
