Very excited for this challenge!
I've chosen a 20th century classic that FliteTest has honored with an episode in the recent past: the famous twin engine Shrike Aero Commander flown by aviation legend and WW2 veteran Bob Hoover.

I'm shooting for a twin A-pack powered mighty mini swappable with that has few parts and is easy to handcut. At this size I will have to include some posterboard since bending regular DTFB too tightly at certain spots might jeopardize the design's repeatability and tolerances. Hopefully it'll be sporty and true, giving pilots a good throwback to Mr. Hoover's airshow routines!

Thats a sharp lookin plane. If you can detail that same look this will be awesome to see in the air. Good luck on the design phase hope its not too complex.

Amen to that @PsyBorg . I want the design to look authentic in the air but not be a royal pain in the rear to build at this size.

Kinda reminds me of the puddle jumpers we had to take from Atlantic City to Philly back in the 70s and 80s when I got to travel a lot more.
