after a good amount of redesign I got it to the point that i like it, and next up is the skins and after making 2d plans (I was really unhappy with the design before, now it seems nice. I may try to make the skins in onshape, that seems to have worked well for others

good with skins, just some fine tuning now, the elevator cutout is off but at this point I'll "Fix it in post" by fixing it in the 2d cad stage, itll be much easier than in 3d. The windshield is also missing but that is currently to me of minor concern

did some meshmixer unfolding and got some ready skins! now I just got to finish everything else, and may have a nice set of plans. The wing should take the longest, but I wont be unfolding that in mesh mixer, as I got a good profile from miniacRC that I used for the J21, and with a good amount of tweaking it will be very easy to get a plan down, so will now do that. A bit more time in AutoCAD and I may finally get there! for anyone wanting to replicate this, this is the process I followed:

got everything unfolded except for the wings, which I am struggling with. plans are almost ready, time to start organizing a bit.

I spent a long time organizing everything into two foam sheets, I was so proud of it, and then realized I forgot the wing spars... sadly, its time to add a 3rd sheet and only put wing spars on it, at least it'll only be around 2.25 sheets... so be it. It looked so good with 2 filled up sheets.

for anyone test building this I forgot to adad ailerons and servo holes, but I will do that once I build this myself, hopefully before the challenge ends.

I honestly cannot bring myself to building this currently, (I would build it but I can't bring myself to timing and cutting out the parts) so if anyone would like to beta build this, please let me know, I would greatly appreciate it.
