Failed maiden: it was really windy and too much control authority most likely, a rebuild and maiden on a clamer day should have better results

Another launch another crash. What happened this time was I threw it at an angle when launching and it just rolled over. It struggles to climb, which is its main issue which tells me I need a thrust angle, cause the motor is so high above the CG. What I think I'll do is maybe try a 3d printed fuse to test out motor angle and other minor tweaks and when I like it I'll implement it in foam. The wet ground didn't help as the foam kinda fell apart after.

I decided to use a 3d printed nose, mostly cause if gives more room, it only weighs a bit more than the foam one from petg at practically vase mode, it also allows for easier replacement if something breaks from a crash. I will provide the file after I maiden it hopefully today. PXL_20250419_155648705.jpg
