Future of master series

I haven't seen anyone post about today's FT email, but I found this part (referring to the Hornet) very encouraging!
Look for this classic monster and many other popular master series designs to come back in stock and available with all their extra bonus options in the near future.

I'll definitely be picking up an MS kit or two when more designs come back. The Tomcat caught my eye when it first came out, but I hadn't built any MS planes or EDFs at the time, so it didn't seem like the best thing to learn on :p

Hey gang,
Regarding the MS Hellcat returning, are there any plans to make the firewall and x-mount replacements or plans available?
I maidened mine this morning and my mount is toast.
Apologies if this isn't the place for discussion or this has been covered already. Couldn't find anything in the search.

I haven't built the Mini Hellcat, but I have built the Mini Zero, and there's a 3D printed replacement for its firewall parts out there... Maybe at least the x-mount would translate to the Hellcat? https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4696715

As an aside, does/did FT ever make a larger Hellcat version like they do with their MS 45"+ Corsair & Razorback offerings? I know 13th Squadron offers larger plans, but that's all I can find with papered XPS (Adams DTFB). I think there's a guy in India on YT that makes one as well but it's no paper Depron, which I have a bunch of, but I'm hoarding that stuff in place of the cheaper Adams from the $1.25 Tree. Thanks!

Best regards,

FT only has the Mini Hellcat.

Hellcat is kinda a niche airplane. Unfortunately, the only way you will get a bigger one is to DIY with help from an enlarging copier for the plans

Why niche? Doesn't have the curves like the Corsair, Spitfire, Zero, FW190,or Mustang or general public recognition? Heck, even the Thunderbolt is a beautiful airframe & it still looks kinda' funny...if that makes any sense. The tacticians & historians-depending on which one(s) you're consulting-say the Hellcat won the tactical war for the Navy in the PTO naval aircraft in WWII with 5,223 kills vs. 270 losses. That's a 19:1 kill ratio. That's just an unimaginable number to me of aerial victories in just one very large PTO or in any war. I like the looks & history of the Hellcat & will find one of the larger versions to build soon. Probably 13th Squadron. Thanks again for your feedback, Piotrsko.
