Hi got a Gift Certificate from Hobbyking's South Australia store for my birthday. I can use this online but I can't seem to get it working. According to the support center you do your order as usual, go to checkout and where it asks for coupons etc you put in your gift cert number prefaced by 'GC' which I did. The order process then goes to the payment page which in my case is Paypal but the amount that is owing does not change for the total amount on my order. The gift certificate is not being subtracted. Does any one have any ideas on what I may be doing wrong? I want to get this order out as soon as possible, their Support Center is dragging their feet in answering me and the online chat is not online and HobbyKing Live on Facebook seems to be dead.
