Who remembers those days of tossing around balsa gliders? There was the jetfire, the two biwings and that one with the red wheels, flimsey wire landing gear big red prop and a rubber band that took all day to wind up.
I wondered if proper balanced could the warbirds be built as gliders I imagine I'd have to put a little up elevator and weight the nose a heavy

Actually I mean building any of the mini's, the swappables and the masters series of warbirds into hand toss gliders....
No motors no esc's no batteries or servos just plain gliders.
Just like those giant styrofoam gliders
OH and no rubber bands.....

Yes it is possible and if you can do it with Balsa or foam models you can do it with Foamboard.

Search the internet for slope soaring and you will be surprised at what people actually use. Warbirds are NOT uncommon and some of the models are HUGE!

yea sounds like it. so it would not be rc just chuck? it probably wouldn't go far and I would make it a slope soarer.
